प्रत्येक मुलामागे एक कहाणी असते… आणि प्रत्येक कहाणीमागे एक आशा असते.

For many children from the Fase Pardhi community, childhood has not always meant a safe home, a school bag or a classroom. Many have grown up amid uncertainty, limited opportunities and difficult circumstances. Their dreams were real, but the path towards those dreams was not always visible.

फासे पारधी समाजातील अनेक मुलांसाठी बालपण म्हणजे नेहमीच सुरक्षित घर, पाठीवर दप्तर आणि वर्गखोली असे नव्हते. अनेक मुलांनी अनिश्चितता, अभाव आणि कठीण परिस्थितीत बालपण अनुभवले आहे. त्यांची स्वप्ने खरी होती… पण त्या स्वप्नांपर्यंत पोहोचण्याचा मार्ग मात्र स्पष्ट नव्हता.

In 2005, Adivasi Fase Pardhi Sudhar Samiti was established with a commitment to bring children from the Fase Pardhi community closer to education, dignity and opportunity.

सन 2005 मध्ये आदिवासी फासे पारधी सुधार समितीची स्थापना झाली. फासे पारधी समाजातील मुलांना शिक्षण, सन्मान आणि संधीच्या प्रवाहाशी जोडण्याचा एक सामाजिक संकल्प या प्रवासामागे होता.

At the heart of this mission was Matin Shankarrao Bhosale. While working as a Zilla Parishad teacher, he witnessed the difficult realities faced by children who remained outside the reach of education. He chose to leave his secure government service and dedicate himself full-time to the community and its children.

या कार्याच्या केंद्रस्थानी श्री. मतीन शंकरराव भोसले यांचे योगदान आहे. जिल्हा परिषदेमध्ये शिक्षक म्हणून कार्यरत असताना त्यांनी शिक्षणापासून दूर राहणाऱ्या मुलांची कठीण परिस्थिती जवळून पाहिली. त्यांनी सुरक्षित सरकारी नोकरीचा राजीनामा देऊन आपले आयुष्य समाज आणि या मुलांसाठी पूर्णवेळ समर्पित करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला.

On 22 September 2011, the school journey began. Prashnachinha Adivasi Ashram School began with just 188 students. There was no permanent school building. Children lived in temporary shelters, and there were moments when arranging food itself was a challenge. But one thing remained strong — the determination to keep education alive.

22 सप्टेंबर 2011 रोजी शाळेच्या प्रवासाला सुरुवात झाली. प्रश्नचिन्ह आदिवासी आश्रम शाळेची सुरुवात फक्त 188 विद्यार्थ्यांपासून झाली. पक्की शाळेची इमारत नव्हती. मुलांसाठी तात्पुरत्या निवासाची व्यवस्था होती. कधी कधी मुलांच्या जेवणाची व्यवस्थाही मोठे आव्हान असायचे. पण एक गोष्ट कायम मजबूत राहिली — शिक्षणाची ज्योत जिवंत ठेवण्याची जिद्द.

Years passed. The journey grew. What began with 188 children has now reached 451+ students. Today, the school works towards providing education, residential care, food, healthcare, sports, computer education and opportunities for overall development.

वर्षे पुढे सरकत गेली. प्रवास विस्तारत गेला. 188 विद्यार्थ्यांपासून सुरू झालेला हा प्रवास आज 451+ विद्यार्थ्यांपर्यंत पोहोचला आहे. आज शाळा शिक्षण, सुरक्षित निवास, भोजन, आरोग्य, क्रीडा, संगणक शिक्षण आणि सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी आवश्यक संधी देण्याच्या दिशेने कार्यरत आहे.

But numbers can never tell the whole story. The real impact is seen when a child who once had very limited choices begins to read, learn, dream and believe in a different future.

पण आकडेवारी संपूर्ण कहाणी सांगू शकत नाही. खरा बदल तेव्हा दिसतो, जेव्हा कधी काळी मर्यादित संधी असलेले एखादे मूल वाचायला शिकते, शिक्षण घेते, स्वप्न पाहते आणि आपल्या भविष्यासाठी नवीन विश्वास निर्माण करते.

For AFPSS, the school is more than a place of lessons. It is a place of safety, belonging, care and possibility. It is a place where a child can look towards tomorrow and say — “I can build a better life.”

AFPSS साठी शाळा म्हणजे केवळ धडे शिकण्याची जागा नाही. ती सुरक्षितता, आपलेपणा, आधार आणि नव्या शक्यतांची जागा आहे. जिथे एखादे मूल उद्याकडे पाहून म्हणू शकते — “मी माझे आयुष्य अधिक चांगले घडवू शकतो.”

This journey belongs to the children, the teachers, the supporters, the community and every person who believes that no child's future should be decided by the circumstances into which they were born.

हा प्रवास या मुलांचा आहे, शिक्षकांचा आहे, सहकार्य करणाऱ्या प्रत्येक हाताचा आहे, समाजाचा आहे आणि त्या प्रत्येक व्यक्तीचा आहे ज्याला विश्वास आहे की एखाद्या मुलाचा जन्म ज्या परिस्थितीत झाला, त्यावर त्याचे संपूर्ण भविष्य ठरू नये.
